The 2018-2019 season is approaching, and we welcome you to another year of scientific educational presentations along with the fabulous buffet at the Pelican Yacht Club in Fort Pierce. TCVMA members can receive up to 2 hours of Florida CE credits (per attended meeting), as our organization is a Florida Board of Veterinary Medicine Provider (Number PVDR42). As always, our regular meetings will occur on the first Wednesday of selected months. This season’s meetings are currently planned for:

Sponsor: Dr. Cory Ellis with Antech Imaging Services

All meetings begin with a social hour at 6:00 pm, where you can visit with our colleagues and our sponsors’ representatives. The presentations begin at 7:00 pm, but plan to get there early so you can enjoy the incredible feast prepared by the Pelican’s chefs. Normally these are 2 hour presentations with a break somewhere around the middle of the talk.
Dues for each member are only $50 per SEASON, and the dues cover the NEW season beginning on Wednesday September 5, 2018 and extending until August 2019 (See Membership Rules). We invite you to join, or renew your membership with a check payable to TCVMA and mailed to TCVMA, c/o Animal Emergency and Referral Center, 3984 S. US Highway 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34982. Please complete and return the membership information form, along with your check.
Our first meeting was the FL Board Law Requirement presented by Cindy Wasserman, DVM, JD on Wednesday, September 5, 2018.
The AERC will be providing fun giveaways again, including memberships and premium seats to the Sunrise Theatre! Come join us for some great education, fine cuisine, and the company of your colleagues.
We will also be continuing to offer technician continuing education credits for the technician meetings as available. Your technicians will receive a certificate at the end of each attended meeting to submit for FVMA continuing education credits.
